New hours for Museum, Library, and Schowengerdt House in 2023 announced

Tours Now Offered Every Third Wednesday at 1 p.m. by appointment

If you’ve ever wondered what the inside of the Schowengerdt house looks like, you now have the opportunity to step back in time and visit this historic gem.

Tours will now be available every third Wednesday of each month beginning at 1:00 p.m. by appointment only. To schedule a tour, please call the Warren County History Museum at (636) 456-3820 during office hours of 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  You also can leave a voicemail at other times.

Cost is $10.00 per adult, with children 12 and under admitted free.

New Museum, Library hours also effective now

The Warren County Historical Society Museum and the Research Library have also shifted hours. New hours are available by appointment and:

  • Tuesday, 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
  • Thursday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • 1st-3rd Fridays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Every 3rd Sunday, 1-4 p.m.
